1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIVisibility (the "Service"), operated by Bug Hutch Ltd ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIVisibility provides AI brand monitoring and visibility tracking services. We monitor AI language model outputs to detect brand mentions, track competitor visibility, and surface actionable recommendations. The Service operates in demo mode until your Supabase connection and subscription are configured.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly. A valid payment method is required to activate a paid plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial charge. Stripe processes all payments; we do not store card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: scrape or republish AI model outputs in ways that violate third-party terms; reverse engineer the monitoring methodology; resell access without an Agency plan; collect data on individuals without consent; or engage in any activity that disrupts service availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content forming the Service are owned by Bug Hutch Ltd. Your business data and audit results remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI model sampling, the completeness of competitor tracking, or specific visibility improvements from implementing our recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bug Hutch Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email with 14 days notice.
